The Conference Scientific Committee invites every thinker to participate in the conference scientific file with his thought, work papers and researches in one of the conference subjects, public sessions, work shops, and open symposiums and to send it through our communications, as to be reviewed and assessed by the scientific committee constituted of Mass communication and Law professors specialized in verifying and acceptance of theses and dissertation for college staff, according to the conditions determined in this regard.
