Arrangements of the country guest of honor

1- The Conference:-

- Drawing up the name and flag of the country on Festival publications.

- The right of the guest country of honor in the publicity of its achievements in its publications.

- Enlist a name of the country candidate among the conference work papers preparation committee.

- Specify time for its representative to deliver speech in the conference opening session.

- Enroll work paper submitted by the guest country in the conference work papers (in the conference portfolio).

- Assign space in the media index to place the country achievements in media field.

- Specifying one of the conference sessions and work shops to be headed by the country representatives.

- Handing over the country representative the State Guest of Honor shield in the conference awards' presenting ceremony.

2- Exhibition Stands:-

- Specifying of whole stand in the exhibition, held on the conference margin, to exhibit the innovations and productions of the country in media field and what is related to it.

- Attendance of the country representative in the exhibition inauguration.

Competition of "The Best Liked":-

- Enlist the name of the country (competent) representative among the arbitration committee in the competition.

- Attendance of the country representative "The Best Liked" honoring ceremony.

- Enrolling the country representative among the figures presenting "The Best liked" awards.

Preparation of the following session:

It will be agreed upon the avenue of the Festival second session, date, arrangements, and the conference new name.

The announcement, in the closing ceremony, of transferring the Festival torch to hold its following session in the avenue, date, and the new name agreed upon, by the Festival Management and the country guest of honor representative.
